空间站在轨组装的微纳卫星模块化设计与集成方法Module Design of Micro-nano Satellite Assembled in Space Station

摘要(Abstract):
针对空间站在轨组装微纳卫星的特点,提出了一种面向空间站站内人员在轨组装的微纳卫星模块化设计与集成方法,此方法提供了基于标准结构板与模块定位销的空间站内微纳卫星装配方案,与现有模块化集成设计技术相比,得益于良好的上行力学环境,卫星结构、功能模块无需高强度结构设计,组装的卫星更轻巧;具有在空间站失重环境、工具有限条件下宇航员快速便捷完成模块装配、连接、去除、增加、更换等各种操作的优点;采用开放式组装架构,扩展性强,可根据任务需求,实现不同功能微纳卫星的更快组装、部署。可为我国空间站在轨组装及部署微纳卫星提供设计参考,有效降低空间站在轨组装难度和工作量。
