我国载人航天器大型密封舱结构制造技术Manufacturing Technology for Large Cabin Structures of China Manned Spacecraft

摘要(Abstract):
随着我国载人航天工程“三步走”发展战略的实施,以载人航天器大型密封舱结构为代表的航天器制造技术,实现了长足进步和跨越式发展。载人航天工程第一步,实现了铝合金蒙皮加筋结构载人密封舱体的高精度制造;载人航天工程第二步,突破了我国载人航天器向整体壁板结构的跨越;载人航天工程第三步,解决了球面壁板精密成形、空间曲面焊缝的自动焊接、超大舱体结构移动机器人加工等多项重大技术创新,实现了我国空间站超大型载人密封结构长寿命、高可靠制造。载人航天工程30年,形成了具有我国载人航天特色的制造技术和制造能力体系。
