导航卫星可用性提升设计与实现Design and Implementation of Navigation Satellite Availability Improvement

摘要(Abstract):
针对影响导航卫星系统可用性的中断,从降低中断频次和缩短中断处置时间方面开展了系统优化设计,提出了一套基于多参数联合的降低轨控中断频次的设计方法,优化设计了一种基于在轨轨道摄动特性的中断时间最短的漂星策略,建立了一套异常中断分级处置原则,有效缩减了中断时间,实现了导航系统可用性的大幅提升。此方法在工程实际中已成功应用验证,在轨运行结果表明:所有卫星空间信号可用性均满足系统指标要求,为北斗系统的稳定运行提供了有力的技术保障。
