我国载人航天器力学试验技术发展Developments of Dynamic Testing of Manned Spacecraft in China

摘要(Abstract):
载人航天工程推动了我国航天器力学试验技术长足发展,试验技术和试验能力实现了两个跨越:第一个跨越是继承国外技术的发展形成我们自己的试验技术和能力基础,建造了以40 t双振动台、2163 m3混响室为代表的大型力学环境试验设备,完成了载人航天器的第一、二阶段的试验任务;第二个跨越是独立自主研发的满足载人航天器第三阶段的(空间站建造阶段)的以1400 kN振动台、4000 m3混响室为代表的大型力学环境试验设备,完成了载人航天器的第一、二阶段的试验任务;第二个跨越是独立自主研发的满足载人航天器第三阶段的(空间站建造阶段)的以1400 kN振动台、4000 m3混响室为代表的国际上领先的大型力学环境试验设备及试验技术,并制定了ISO国际标准,完成了截至目前为止的空间站、试验舱I的试验,为航天器的发射、运行奠定了环境验证的基础,同时试验设备能力及试验技术还可满足未来超大型航天器试验任务的需求。文章主要总结了载人系统级力学环境试验技术、试验设备和能力,主要包括振动、噪声、模态等试验。
