MBSE技术在我国载人航天器研制中的应用Application of MBSE Technology in Development of China Manned Spacecraft

摘要(Abstract):
随着载人航天工程的发展,系统复杂度急剧增加,传统基于文档的系统工程方法面临极大的挑战,需要充分利用先进数字化技术进行研制模式的转型升级。为此,在我国载人航天器研制中探索开展了基于模型的系统工程(MBSE)技术的应用。文章分析了我国载人航天工程在需求分析与管理、各学科专业耦合程度高、实物试验验证难、在轨运行时间长等方面面临的挑战,阐述了在我国载人航天器研制中建立一套同源数字化模型、贯穿航天器全生命周期的MBSE技术应用思路,提出了基于需求、功能、产品、工程、制造、实做6类模型的工程应用方案。最后,介绍了MBSE技术在我国天宫空间站和载人月球探测航天器研制任务中的应用情况,MBSE技术对提升研制效率与质量发挥了重要作用。
