面向结构动静态变形控制的作动器综合优化配置研究Research on Integrated Optimal Configuration of Actuators for Structural Dynamic and Static Deformation Control

摘要(Abstract):
针对航天器柔性结构动态和静态变形控制的作动器布局关键问题,提出了一种综合优化配置方法。首先,基于有限元分析方法建立结构和压电作动器的模型。然后,基于可控Gramian矩阵提出了一种新的动态变形控制准则,并以形面均方根误差(RMSE)作为静态变形控制的优化准则。改进NSGA-II遗传算法的交叉和变异算子,以动/静态变形控制准则为目标,获得作动器综合优化配置Pareto最优解集。最后,提出归一化加权方法进行最优解集的综合筛选。最后,文章以一大型抛物柱面天线的支撑桁架为例,通过仿真验证了综合优化配置方法的优越性,其优化配置结果兼顾了动态变形控制和静态变形控制的性能。
